1. All the Performing Clubs of District 3054 will be eligible for the District Governor's Citation. The Citations will be awarded subject to completion of minimum number of activities as mentioned under each assessment area.
2. There will following categories of Awards
  a) Diamond : Clubs achieving 90% and above percentile points
b) Emerald : Clubs achieving 75% to 89% percentile points
c) Ruby : Clubs achieving 60% to 74% percentile points
d) Sapphire : Clubs achieving 50% to 59% percentile points
e) Pearl : Clubs achieving 40% to 49% percentile points
